The Ingredients
We pay close attention to our ingredients and suppliers. Our meat comes from Bitolya, and we make our kayma to our own recipe. Our vegetables are always fresh.
The Grill
The charcoal grill is the foundation our whole concept is built on. We make our kayma to our own recipe, and there's nothing in our kyufte and kebapche but real meat. We only grill — the only thing we fry is our fries.
The Restaurants
Three restaurants in Sofia, each with its own character — from the quiet of Zaymov Park to the city buzz of Benkovski Street and the calm of the Polygraphy Office Center.
The Wine
Our house wines come from the Bulgarian wineries Medi Vali and Sintika. For the more curious, our SkaraBar on Benkovski Street runs a wine shop with a limited, quality import from Austria.
The Atmosphere
A clean, honest design is one of our trademarks — unpretentious but real. To us, a true restaurant is cosy, chatty and full of people enjoying their food.
